A BRIEF Resume

After graduation and couple of years service at a Tata’s subsidiary, started own manufacturing unit under the name THERMAL EQUIPMENTS, in Adyar Chennai in 1962 and the production with staff strength of 75 workers and executives was going on till 1999. Thereafter due to some senior engineers’ non cooperation closed down the unit and started this Consultancy Organisation in the year 2000..

Details of the Services Offered

Offers consultancy in design of new furnaces / Driers / heating system by providing detailed design and fabrication drawings along with detailed bill of materials and recommended source for procurement.

If the customer has facility for fabrication of the equipment, will provide supervision and guidance up to the stage of taking trial batches of production and proving the furnace.

If the customer does not have fabrication facilities, will interact with his associates, M/s CONTROL EQUIPMENTS, CHENNAI - 600024 till the customer gets the right type of furnace within the stipulated delivery period and the furnace is commissioned to their satisfaction.

Offers to inspect the existing heat treatment facilities and offer suitable consultancy to upgrade the existing equipment and also improve their efficiency and increased output.
